Have been customer of Vauxhall for 50 years. Starting at 542 motors in Castle Bromwich in Birmingham. Since then they moved to Star city Birmingham. On this occasion Mat Blackett looked after me. I messed him about Abit because I could not make up my mind. He was very patient with me and could not do enough for me. Only one other man had these qualies and that was a guy called John Churner from 452 motors. Excellent service second to none.

My purchase was dealt with by Gary Graydon who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He was always available to take my calls and took time to answer any queries I had. He came across as experienced and approachable. When I went to Lookers, I was unsure whether I was going to purchase the vehicle but, having spoken to Gary, I ended up spending £32,000!He went above and beyond and I will most definitely be returning when I need another vehicle/servicing etc.

I like the car but now that I have it, I am seeing a lot of scuff marks / scratches on the inside and outside of the car which I didn't see when I first saw it and they were not pointed out.That is made worse by the fact on the day I took delivery, I saw similar cars with lower mileage significantly cheaper elsewhereBut I guess that is my fault for rushing the purchase but it still leaves a nagging feelingI quite like the warranty though

The salesman Sam Bhagania was very nice and helpful. I ordered my new car in May and explained that I didn’t want it until October. This was not a problem and Sam assured me that whatever deal was made in May would still apply when I took deliver of the car. Excellent service.

I felt let down as the specs (electric wing mirrors, blind spot alert, Parking sensor, rear seat cup holder) that I ordered in my car, was missing. Vauxhall knew the issues and never think to let me know before I went to collect my car. I felt crushed. £500 compensation offered because of the missing specs, shouldn’t take 6 - 8 weeks to be paid out to me. Apart from that, I’m ok to recommend Vauxhall Star City to friends and family. This is my 3rd car from Vauxhall.**Update 24/11/2022 - Payment received.**
