The lady who helped book it in was very helpful, the only issue I have is I told them my door was sticking, they tell me it's fine, I get home and it is still not closing so I will be returning. I have recorded proof of the issue which I was told it was fine.

As part of my service plan, my vehicle was supposed to have been washed. When I returned to collect it, this was not the case. My car was parked in a bay and had clearly not been cleaned.The customer service I received from Anastasia was excellent; she was professional, courteous and friendly and kept me informed throughout.
