I sourced a car at lookers following a car accident and was initially told by my insurance company that my car would be written off. However, I was later told my car was repairable, so I no longer required a new car. Salman Ahmed at lookers (Star City) was very courteous, accommodating and provided an excellent service that met my needs. I would certainly go back to lookers in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

I booked a waiting appointment and was informed it wouldn't take long. I arrived a bit early. Staff were friendly and professional. I was at the dealership around 3 1/2 hours. My car usually recieves a vallet service but this wasn't provided on this occasion.
