The service reception staff was very welcoming and very good at what they do, keeping me imformed of how the work would be carried out during my visit and keeping to the time slot allocated to me.

I am very happy with the very friendly service I received. Member of staff rang me a couple of times to keep me updated on the service of my car. She was very friendly, helpful and professional.

Sam B from the Lookers Vauxhall Dealership, Heartlands Parkway, Birmingham B7 5AH, was excellent in his role. From the moment we entered the building Sam was warm, welcoming, friendly, and professional in his delivery. He took my partner and I through all the different aspects of the Mokka range and the finance deal that was available. He made sure that we had the right information to make an informed choice, giving time to think things through and ask questions. He was clear in his delivery, which was easy to understand. Picking up my new Mokka was made into an even more delightful experience as Sam B had ordered a number plate with my name on it (as a keeps sake). This was a lovely touch, which demonstrated the level of personal service and care delivered by Sam B. It is also worth noting that Sam's colleagues were also happy to support him with any admin that was required. All the staff that we came into contact were cheerful and happy in their demeaner- it gave a great impression that Lookers Vauxhall is a good company to deal with!

So far everything fine with vehicle, one or two points to mention I know vehicle has mot but paperwork not in service book, also servicing a little sketchy would have liked some paperwork for the service you carried out, also one service stamp nothing but garage who carried out service, again a little more detail on this subject would be most helpful for my future servicing needs.

Overall customer service was brilliant, however the car was delivered without the cover for the car boot. However, this is being dealt with. A more thorough checks could have been carried out..Overall, brilliant service.
