I have had a really good experience in buying my car from Lookers. I dealt wih Shahbaaz Zahid who was brilliant. He made feel really welcome, explained all about the offers etc, arranged for me to take a test drive. When I went to pick up the car Shabaaz was again very polite and helpfull. He made the whole experience of buying a car pleasurable.

On this plan I have never had an opportunity to use Collect & Delivery Service which is one of the main reasons I took plan. Even calling more than a month prior to MOT date.

Disappointed when booking vehicle in for a known fault you didn't have the required parts ready, resulting in me having to return on another date to have the repair completed.
