Service was excellent

Our car was picked up before 8.30am and Tina phoned to let us know it was at the dealership, how it was doing and when it was on its way back which was before midday, fantastic service.

My car was booked in for MOT & service and to update the software of the emissions control systemReference Number 21-R-054 (E172109770 CORSA)The software update was not carried out & I was told the workshop Manager was looking into it but a week later I still have no idea why it was not done.Everything else I would rate as excellent.

The guy anton who was our allocated advisor was brilliant. I do find that the prices charged for services and parts are quite highly priced , they have said since I brought my car from them at every service that something looks like could be a oil leak this issue could of been fixed under warranty but they kept saying they will investigate next time and now my car is way out of warranty.i do remember when I first brought my car there was a blue glove found in my engine when I first brought it so I'm thinking maybe that did something to my engine .

Collection driver was very courteous.
