The service was excellent as I've always found. I am on a service plan and this was just for the mot. However, it was a very pleasant surprise to find the inside (including the upholstery), had been cleaned. Totally unexpected and very welcome. The extra touch that makes such a difference. Aleyshia kept me informed on the vehicles progress.

Very happy with the communication process I received from Tina, if I received a video as mentioned in Question 3 I may have deleted it in error, looking after a 9 month old grandson and sometimes things go amiss

Sandra was lovely and so helpful.Although you don't probably know about the selly oak lookers, I must say they were awful. I was told flat out lies and Julie could barely answer my questions. Was such a relief that Sandra was excellent, almost put me off Lookers altogether after my experience at the Selly oak one.

Great friendly service

I was interested in a vehicle to buy. The vehicle needed a new clutch spring and was told I couldn’t take it until it was repaired. I waited over a week before driving 115 miles to see the vehicle in question and it still wasn’t ready. There was no other vehicle of the same type to test diver on my visit and Lockers couldn’t give me a date when the repairs would be completed so I can return to buy the vehicle. So I went somewhere else and spent my £12000.
