My keys required re-setting. I phoned the Service Manager and he was very helpful. Told me to bring them in and they were reset while I waited.

The only glitch was after the sale when I kept receiving emails to sign documents which were already signed. These were obviously computer generated - so nothing to do with the sales guy Sachin.
