Sadly my aftersales advisor, called Devon, did not reply when they said they would regarding me booking a courtesy car. Then lied when I queried it a few days later and said they never said they would get in touch. I would have arranged collection or courtesy car had they got back to me. When they eventually got back to me, the day before my service, I was bluntly told " nothing is available " poor customer service and arguing via email with a customer!!? My first person to meet when I arrived was Stephen, he is the perfect person to do this job. Friendly, accomodating and went above and beyond what was expected.

From the time I left the car in their care, Aesha took full follow-up, and she kept me updated, provided the courtesy car as promised, and kept updating the status of the car and till handed over. It was very well diagnosed for the issue and a good solution was provided. Am happy that am tied up with Lookers Walton, with both my cars.
