I’ve always had my VW’s serviced and maintained here at lookers and find their whole team very professional. Cannot fault them in anything. Will continue to use lookers for the foreseeable future.

Pros - Ellias Daragji did an excellent job of updating us on car delivery, explained about various insurance policies and Thanks for making the drinks! Cons - There was a delay in releasing the car by admin which was inconvenience on both sides - maybe a lesson has been learned. Also, slightly disappointed that floor mats were not offered at the time of purchase

Everything is so straightforward Easy to check in. Car was ready in about three hours. Good service

Online services do not give the opportunity for asking questions or clarifying wait times etc. Very polite and helpful staff. Good communication and reliable information provided. Excellent service and excellent experience.
