It was a quick and easy process, no faffing around. Only thing I scored low on was that there wasn't any sort of special handover for my daughter. She's 18 and has bought her first car so would have been nice to have had a little more fuss even though it wasn't a new car. Straight forward and didn't take long

Azane explained that the replacement part needed for my car would not be available until the next day. Given my difficult domestic situation, he arranged for me to be given a lift home and phoned the next day to confirm that my car had been fully checked and would be delivered back to my home within two hours. PLEASE NOTE: The car belongs to me, not my husband, so any future communications should be addressed to Mrs Iris Leech.
