Straightforward Was pleasantly surprised new battery module and software update only took just over a month to do - ID3 Users Forum was reporting months to do this in some places. Had a courtesy car, unfortunately an ICE one, but nevertheless good to have for that period of time. Would have appreciated a bit more communication and didn’t expect to be told to extend the courtesy car hire period myself! As I wasn’t paying this was inappropriate.
