They looked good and worked well Overall the service was good. Appointment took a lot longer than advised with little communication which wasn't ideal.

Easy to do and book. The service was done quicker than planned and also the car was spotless!

While you wait first service went without a hitch. Valet was not perfect rear seat area not hoovered.

Everything about the service is excellent, staff, communication and efficiency. I only had an MOT this time which I can get cheaper elsewhere but the level of service and paying a little extra is worth every penny. I do have a service plan which I took out a couple of weeks prior to the offer of service and MOT it was a shame I couldn’t upgrade my plan to include the MOT.

Swift handover when I dropped my vehicle off. The staff at the desk were fully prepared. The service finished on time and I got notified mid-afternoon. When I picked the vehicle up it was ready and had been cleaned. Pickup was also rapid, just 5 minutes.

Efficient, kept me informed Small point the auto hold was turned off during check and I didn’t notice which caused minor panic when car rolled away from me!!

The handover was prompt and complete.

All very good except ! I felt I was jogged on to change the brake fluid ! Really a 3 year old car, just because of a recommendation by VW. Talk about looking for work… Then when I booked the car in for its service I was told you would clean the car for me ? And it wasn’t.
