The staff were most helpful but the VW T-Cross was unavailable for Mobility and the Tiago was a little too long and the waiting time of 9 months was also too long. The Polo could have been an option but too expensive considering the extra options needed. My wife and I were disappointed as we have had Volkswagens all our lives but I'm sure we will be back in the future. Your staff were brilliant and we dearly wish we could have found a car. Thank you.

Yes you rip off your customers in price. Yo are 100-500% higher than others. Thus like everyone, e try not to go to a dealership. The ony reason I came is due to the time slot availabe, and your dealership is close. If you would not screw your customers in price I would come back. Example - you recommended a brake pad and dic change - £450. Your competition is £225. Your airfiler is £50. I can but it for £8. Thus no more revenue for you. Regards, Shawn
