My wife and I were not really very happy that we had to wait nearly 18 months for delivery although we understand that this was probably not entirely within your control. Question 4 does not apply to a Motability car so I have no opinion Question 6 left long gaps between communications and there were 3 changes of staff involved

Visited during the bank holiday to have a new bulb and under shield refitted. I sat on the waiting area on my laptop to work. The dealership was clean and coffee was nice. Pleasant visit throughout and service with a smile is always a plus for me. Thank you.

Very good - entrance to Lookers could be better signposted from main road. I missed it first time

Unfortunately, my wing mirror fell off and smashed on the journey home. I am not blaming the Lookers' driver who was delivering the car back to my house but it was in Lookers' custody when this occurred. I had to buy a new mirror glass for £23.49.
