Would be nice to have the car washed during its time with you which in the past has always been a positive gesture from car dealerships - a pity this has been lost post Covid Otherwise the service and MOT process was very easy to navigate and efficient.

The only thing is that their charges are usually quite high compared to many other local good garages so I usually get a quote from them first andd ask VW to price match. Suspect you lose a lot of business due to this!
