I was told teh vehicle was being washed after tehservice before it was going to be dropped off, but it was not washed as far as I can tell.

I went in for advice without an appointment. I was grateful for having my urgent worry sorted.

I called regarding fitting new front tyres. The call was directed to a central number. I understood that I needed for VK69 YSN 205/55 16 in V rated tyres. Was offered 5 varieties. Not clear which was OEM (I thought would be best as vehicle designed for it). So I chose type with best wet grip, noise and economy being much the same. Most expensive. However, car was fitted with W-rated tyres, apparently with as good or better wet-grip, so that's fine, but these were never options for this vehicle. I assume this OK, though in retrospect it may confuse tyre choice when rear tyres have to be replaced with tyres compatible with front. Again, I conclude all is OK. But it is confusing. Otherwise, service, as usual was excellent and tyres fitted quickly etc..

Jason was more than helpful but in the end it was a toss up between the Golf or Audi A3 and I opted for the latter. To be honest there was not much in it.. Please note that my emails to Jason have bounced back on 2 occasions despite replying to his email,. Please thank him for his help.
