Buying the car was great. Finding out it hadn’t had its MOT wasn’t so good, though how it was resolved we were happy and not having to drive in for two services and MOTs was a bonus. Thank you to both the sakes team and the servicing team

They always do a great The only one thing is the details of what’s wrong with your car they normally email it to you for the past two services. I’ve not received this till right at the end so it’s always to late so then I have to book another appointment for the work to be done.

I needed to speak to someone rather than just tick boxes. Also score for waiting area - I didnt use the waiting area, I dont know what it was like, your question should not be mandatory pleasant staff, everything done quickly and efficiently

The purchase of the new car was easy and the salesman knowledgeable and helpful. I knocked off one star because my emails have not been answered. I await the floor mats for the new vehicle which are missing.

The online services are quite straightforward Stephen always makes sure that we are welcomed and our concerns seen too. Stephen also put us in touch with a salesman who may be able to look into a second hand car for a family member.
