Online check in didn't work. Staff were fairly efficient. Progress can be followed via app. Minor service and brake fluid done. Car was ready when collected. Not always the case!

Sometimes you need to talk to arrange the service time. I had an early morning booking, and was dealt with very swiftly and the staff were friendly, kind and got her service done very quickly for me, because they knew of our circumstances.

Overall great experience, with detailed video from mechanic. Although I wasn't happy with the state of the 'car wash' when I picked the car up, looked like it had just been hosed off rather than properly washed.
