Veey Friendly and knowledgeable team. Lewis and Jordan very helpful.

bought car 28th July 2025, issues with the vehicle, both front shock absorbers are covered in oil & incorrect tyre has been fitted to drivers rear, not even the correct size. customer has also advised there is a clunking from the front of the vehicle and on the dashboard there is a skidding image.customer is extremely upset and given the nature of her job as a carer, safety is paramount.

The worst experience possible. I had car trouble and arranged recovery to Battersea. The left the car outside on y double yellow lines for 4 days and refused to look at the car! I then arranged my insurance to recover to another garage who was unable to really fix the car so there took it back to Battersea! After a few more days they called me up saying you can send the third party garage to collect the car without telling me anything. I called the garage and the confirmed Battersea has also refused to repair the car again and told the third party garage what to buy to fix the car. I have a VW but I won’t be going there back again. PS: I still have not received the car back after 25 days since the accident.

The car I wanted to test drive didn’t had a battery. The following week,10min before appointment due time, they call to say that the car still isn’t ready.Obviously they had no interest to sell me a car.I’m looking somewhere else.

No contact phoned once and one video said he would follow up a week and a bit ago and never did. Pretty much said the car was broken as well.

Brian dealt with queries professional and promptly.

We fixed our appointment at 1.30pm on May 26 to replace the wheel nuts on the rear wheel behind the driver. We had a nice lunch in the Cafe. Then when we were told the job would be ready, we went to one of the desks to check out and were told that wheel nuts were not available. After another delay wheel nuts were found. The staff were efficient and polite throughout.Roger Symon

Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my Volkswagen Polo GTI and to assert my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.I have owned the vehicle for approximately 11 months and during that time it has suffered repeated and ongoing faults affecting both reliability and confidence in the vehicle. The issues experienced include:* Repeated infotainment system failures, initially reported in September and subsequently recurring despite software updates and repair attempts* Red lines/distortion across the infotainment display* Engine cutting out at traffic lights* Breakdown assistance attendance relating to engine performance issues* Turbocharger replacement under warranty following continued engine concerns* Emergency SOS system malfunction* Excessive revving behaviour in Eco mode compared with Drive mode* Persistent rattling noises at low speeds* Oil leakage identified by Mon Motors Bristol dealership, with no confirmed source or repair identifiedI am particularly concerned that several of these faults were reported early in ownership and have either reoccurred or remain unresolved despite multiple visits to Volkswagen dealerships. The vehicle has now undergone repeated repair attempts, including a significant mechanical repair involving replacement of the turbocharger, yet further faults continue to arise. I no longer have confidence in the reliability, durability, or overall quality of the vehicle.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, durable, and fit for purpose. Given the number, seriousness, and persistence of these issues within the first year of ownership, I do not believe the vehicle meets those standards.I am therefore requesting a formal resolution to this matter. My preferred outcome is rejection of the vehicle and discussion regarding an appropriate refund or dealer buyback arrangement, taking into account fair usage deductions where applicable. Please also provide copies of:* all workshop reports,* technician notes,* diagnostic findings,* and records of repairs and software updates completed on the vehicle. Please treat this as a formal complaint. I request a written response within 14 days outlining how you intend to resolve this matter.Should this matter remain unresolved, I will consider escalating the complaint through Volkswagen UK, The Motor Ombudsman, and any further legal remedies available to me.Kind regardsCharlotte Atkins

Dear Madam/Sir,I collected my vehicle from your workshop at today at 5.35pm following work to replace the VW radar and front emblem. After driving directly home, I noticed significant damage to the lower section of the passenger-side doors/sill area which was not present before the vehicle was left with you.I have attached photographs showing the damage. Given that the vehicle was in your care for the above repair work and the damage was discovered immediately after collection, I would like this investigated as a matter of urgency. Please could you review the vehicle condition records and any CCTV footage from the workshop and parking areas, and advise how you intend to resolve this issue.I would appreciate a prompt response and arrangements for the damage to be inspected and repaired. Many thanks,Felix-Anselm van Lier
