Great video received from the salesperson. Very informative and helpful. However, the call back I received from the Northern based call centre in Sunderland informed me there was no movement on price. On this basis, I purchased the same age, spec and mileage vw from another vw dealer.Shame as in the video the sales person did say there could be a little movement in price?The call centre mis information, in this instance, contributed to your company losing a 40k sale
