I did the online booking but somehow it didn't go through. I thought i had done an online reservation for servicing but i hadn't received an email confirmation. I took my car on the day anyways, even though they couldn't find my reservation on their system, the team was very accomodating and my car was serviced on the day. Always feel very welcomed and i trust their expertise. I went there for another problem a couple of months ago again they were very helpful.
