It is an excellent idea having a 'working space' made available at the dealership where I could work while waiting for my car to be serviced. This saved over 90 minutes of unnecessary travel and could be available immediately if the service staff had any questions. Only small negative was lack of power outlets to charge a failing laptop battery.

Simple and easy to use…no more needs saying Jay and Richard welcomed me like id been there before. I felt welcomed, important and cared for. Harriet was great booking me and Daniel did a great job in the safety check and service.

It's very easy to use -apart from the signature panel (which is a common fault) not just with Lookers. The staff are very efficient and I've not really had any problems.

Jordan Ratcliffe is a class act. An incredible communicator and made me feel calm and relaxed whilst purchasing a new VW polo on finance. He gave me great options and where I could take my next steps which I was very impressed with.

The only issue I had, was I forgot to put the service schedule book in the car, and when I turned up to get it stamped, the previous year's mileage was put in - however, overall, a good service, thank you.

Was mostly positive and professional except for the delays which occurred, and I still haven’t been sent the service history and documents. The sales team were friendly and honest so it isn’t their fault, it seems Lookers is leaving their staff short.
