Jason Webb went above and beyond in sorting out a few issues I had with the car. I mentioned that there was a cracked windscreen and some cracking in the rear tyres which he got replaced. Later there was a fuel leak from the tank and again he got this sorted.

Easy to use. The only issue is that it always needs me to input my mileage, which I can never remember so have to go and check. Everything was fine except that I had to take the car back in a second time as the brake pads weren't available on the original booking day.

I usually have a great experience at Lookers Battersea, the staff are always super friendly and were very helpful in speaking with the Extended Warranty team to organise payment of repairs needed. Reason why i left one star off was I was surprised to receive my car back so dirty. Brown marks/dust on the roof, windows, doors etc. Usually the crew there give the car a clean so I was shocked that it wasn't even given a wipe. It was very busy there so maybe a oversight but hopefully in future, this won't happen again.

Dropping my son’s car off for a service is always pleasurable! The girls on reception are so lovely and Richard downstairs where the entrance always welcomes me with a big smile on his face. Until we meet again thank you for the service 10/10 and thank you for cleaning the car too 🩷

Very very well done

I requested online but did not get a response initially. A few items on my requests were missed. Customer service during the initial stages, booking process and discussion of works, could be better - sometimes requests are missed and the process feels very rushed. The experience after the work and pick up is much better.
