Super simple was of booking the car in, quick process Very smooth process . Service arranged, Manu looked after us and helpfully explained everything when we arrived. Mr Nurse was super helpful making sure we were ok and checking back with us to make sure we were ok. Super friendly person who highlighted the day for us! Got some number plates made, super quick by the super friendly Elijah. Explained everything to us. Stellar team at Battersea, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend going there!

Logged into VW website to book service but still had to enter my details in the booking pages. Bit annoying - surely if I've logged in to the site it should be able to automatically fill in my car and personal details that I have stored? Service from staff etc was good, but I was rather disappointed that even though I booked the car in for 0820 and I was only having rear brake pads changed the car still wasn't ready until the last possible time at 5.15pm. I hoped that by booking in first thing with a simple job it would have been finished earlier.
