Logged into VW website to book service but still had to enter my details in the booking pages. Bit annoying - surely if I've logged in to the site it should be able to automatically fill in my car and personal details that I have stored? Service from staff etc was good, but I was rather disappointed that even though I booked the car in for 0820 and I was only having rear brake pads changed the car still wasn't ready until the last possible time at 5.15pm. I hoped that by booking in first thing with a simple job it would have been finished earlier.

it was easy and quick Mark was great. Very helpful. There was a problem with service history on the car. On the phone he said he would look into it and call me back. An hour or two later he called back to say it was all sorted. No charge. No messing. I have had a tough time with Lookers walton upon thames selling me a car that was not serviced properly (DSG and Aircon service not done even though car was sold as fully up to date on servicing) and then being evasive with the info to rectify the problem. I got them to sort the DSG after much chasing, only to find out on my MOT that the aircon was over a year overdue. Mark got them to pay for the missing service item to rectify the problem. Very happy customer after losing faith in Lookers at the other dealer. Only issue I did have was getting through on the phone, It would ring out and not be answered, same problem with lookers walton. Mark did however ring me when he got the callback request.
