It was easy to find and super simple. The service is always amazing at this dealership. I had excellent help from Mitch who helped me get my car serviced. It was the easiest process and he was super helpful and incredibly friendly. I was very happy. Also I come to get my car serviced here once a year, and every time I get help from Jay who is always in the car park to help. He’s always super friendly and always inviting.

I recently bought my new VW Polo from Lookers Volkswagen in Battersea - I was looked after by a sales executive called Peter Williams. He did a great job in helping me with information and guided me through a very smooth test drive. As I’m a details person, I really appreciated how informative he was, explaining everything clearly in a very easy to understand style. It was the perfect balance between being engaging, patient and supptortive (it had been a long time since I’d bought my previous car), whilst being informative, making the whole car sales process an incredibly enjoyable and confident one. Peter really made a positive difference in my search for a new car. So I’d like to say a huge thank you to him for making everything so easy. Having dealt with countless car sales people in the past, this was head and shoulders the best experience. I will no doubt be recommending Peter to friends and family and I’m sure I’ll be back to your showroom when I’m ready to change my car in the future. Thank you!
