When I arrived all the staff was very friendly and helpful, the waiting area was superb and comfortable, The receptionist Harriet was very nice and accommodating and the service was fast and timely. Very happy customer!

It's a bit confusing when it comes to the type of service, was not sure what it all meant. But is was sorted on the day I came for MOTFrom the first person I spoke to the last all were very helpful. Everything was done in a timely manner. Was advised professionally.

Javed my hand over operative was the most pleasant young man with plenty of customer service skills I was most impressed and appreciative for his patience and time I would definitely give him a 10/10 👍🏾 and this was after waiting a lifetime for the vehicle 🚗

Very happy with the p/x aspect of the deal. Waqar was extremely professional and explained everything in detail. The team generally at Battersea were very friendly and the coffee given was excellent.

It is an excellent idea having a 'working space' made available at the dealership where I could work while waiting for my car to be serviced. This saved over 90 minutes of unnecessary travel and could be available immediately if the service staff had any questions.Only small negative was lack of power outlets to charge a failing laptop battery.
