Simple and easy to use…no more needs sayingJay and Richard welcomed me like id been there before. I felt welcomed, important and cared for. Harriet was great booking me and Daniel did a great job in the safety check and service.

It's very easy to use -apart from the signature panel (which is a common fault) not just with Lookers.The staff are very efficient and I've not really had any problems.

Jordan Ratcliffe is a class act. An incredible communicator and made me feel calm and relaxed whilst purchasing a new VW polo on finance. He gave me great options and where I could take my next steps which I was very impressed with.

The only issue I had, was I forgot to put the service schedule book in the car, and when I turned up to get it stamped, the previous year's mileage was put in - however, overall, a good service, thank you.

Was mostly positive and professional except for the delays which occurred, and I still haven’t been sent the service history and documents. The sales team were friendly and honest so it isn’t their fault, it seems Lookers is leaving their staff short.

Jason Webb went above and beyond in sorting out a few issues I had with the car. I mentioned that there was a cracked windscreen and some cracking in the rear tyres which he got replaced.Later there was a fuel leak from the tank and again he got this sorted.

Easy to use. The only issue is that it always needs me to input my mileage, which I can never remember so have to go and check.Everything was fine except that I had to take the car back in a second time as the brake pads weren't available on the original booking day.
