Easy and quick I have had my motability car for 3 years , when I brought my vehicle in for a check , 2 people stood out for customer excellence, Benjamins and Richard Ben tried his best to get to the source of my Navigation system and Richard had my car cleaned for the 1st time and also checked the windscreen top up - they went beyond. Am so grateful to Ben and Richard

Quick and easy however I did not receive confirmation until the next day after I queried whether it went through Customer service is excellent. Friendly and helpful and even though my car battery needs replacing I was not given the hard sell like I have had elsewhere. The customer service at Battersea is why I changed from Bromley to this branch
