Your staff didn't pay attention to what I specified in the online booking. I requested maintenance and MOT. And I mentioned I have a service plan but actually my service plan has matured but nobody noticed. Your staff or the system just delete my maintenance request and put MOT only. When I first noticed when your staff called me to re-confirm my work order, they just add the maintenance request back without proactively investigating why it was not on the work order. Only when I took my car to your garage, your staff told me my service plan was matured and told me to speak to your financing department. This created unnecessary tension with your staff. If your staff had been proactively look for why it happened originally, this unpleasant experience would be avoided. Nevertheless, your frontdesk lady (I forgot her name). She was patience and shown empathy and immediately find ways to resolve the problem. I appreciated her service. Friendly staff, patient staff when I had a problem, nice garage, easy to park and a good wash of my car. If your staff can give me more technical explanation, it will be 5 stars. I also requested a full record of my service since purchase in hard copy, but I didn't get it.

probably the best service I have experienced when getting my car serviced. I was guided into a parking bay and shown where to go to check in and get hot refreshments. I was frequently updated on the stage my car was at during its service. I received detailed information once the service had been completed and a video. There are many reasons why I would choose to service my vehicle here again.
