I recently bought my new VW Polo from Lookers Volkswagen in Battersea - I was looked after by a sales executive called Peter Williams. He did a great job in helping me with information and guided me through a very smooth test drive. As I’m a details person, I really appreciated how informative he was, explaining everything clearly in a very easy to understand style. It was the perfect balance between being engaging, patient and supptortive (it had been a long time since I’d bought my previous car), whilst being informative, making the whole car sales process an incredibly enjoyable and confident one. Peter really made a positive difference in my search for a new car. So I’d like to say a huge thank you to him for making everything so easy. Online booking system was very easy to use with confirmation by email of the appointment booked.As I drove in for my appointment I had an excellent encounter with the Meeters and Greeters Richard and Jay who directed me to the first floor reception area. From the time I handed my keys to the collection point following the service and mot of my vehicle I found the service desk area staff helpful and courteous explaining everything including what happens next as my 2 year Service plan comes to end .Keep up the good work.
