Easy to use and efficiently communicated. As a Motability customer I requested a winter check on my vehicle as well as an investigation of squeaky brakes in reverse gear. I arrived and was barely through the door before I was asked whether I needed help. Within minutes the keys were taken from me and I was settled in a quiet corner with a cup of coffee and my book. I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis and could not have been better treated.
