Easy to use Did the job efficiently and effectively

There was a technical glitch - the charger wasn't working, so I was not supplied, as I should have been, with a fully charged vehicle. Given that, the agent went out of his way to help - he came with me to a local charging point and paid for it to be charged for 3 hours, and then arranged for the car to return to the garage to spend a day on the charger when they were back up and running.

Jason, the salesman, was helpful and informative. He stressed the availability of aftercare service from Lookers and told us to reach out if we had any questions about the car, however small

online booking had no box to tick for regular service so i had to arrange separately. Easier to do the old way by phone! i was given regular updates about progress with my service. helpful staff
