just all very simple Both gents from service desk initial discussion and then the chap that returned the cxar to me were great, I was a little impatient but they worked hard to get me in and out quickly. Richard who met me at the door early (730ish am) was equally accommodating, bringing me into the service centre early providing coffee etc .. Overall great experience from start to finish.

I want to say a big Thank you to Reuben, his unique level of high quality customer care was exceptional, he was very accommodating , helpful and explained everything in detail no matter how many times I asked him, he sought the best car that I needed he ensured it was within my budget too ,which really assured me that he wasn't just trying to make a sale, he checked in at every stage and when it was time to collect ,I was given a 5 star treatment , he was also wonderful with my daughter and also catered to her needs and made her feel included in our new car journey, she now wants to come back and get another car for herself ,shes only 6 so has a long way to go. I was very impressed with Reuben's attention to detail ,care and consideration . In my opinion, Reuben needs a promotion. Thank you to all the employees at the dealership, it was beautiful to see how they all worked well as a team ,creating a wonderful experience for the customers , hopefully Senior HQ management will treat you all to a lovely dinner over the Christmas festive period. One suggestion that I would like to add to the dealership, to give am extra unique touch to the customer experience, maybe in the hand over room , have one of the following; 1.Thank you card hardcopy or digitally (QR code) 2.Pen 3.Air freshener 4.Box of tissues This will just add to the complete process .
