Originally came in with headlamp issue where I was blinding other road users on 17.4.23 - I was told there was a fault, they had manually adjusted but needed to order a complete new unit.I e-mailed a couple of times and tried to phone for an update but had no responses and I thought there was maybe an issue with the part not being available but when I reached out to VW they gave me a number to call and advised to try Lookers again.Called and after speaking to a few people it was agreed I needed to book in & a new headlamp would be ordered.Took my car in on 11th & got a call to say that my car was due a system update which may be affecting the headlamp and was a 2 day appt.To be fair, Mitch was amazing, he was understanding that I wasn’t happy, got me a courtesy car sorted and my car was ready, cleaned & had a health check by the next morning so by the time I collected my car I felt that the issues I had were somewhat redeemed!I feel that my original appointment on 17.4.23 should have been followed up & even if it was a fault that wasn’t recognised at the time I was still forgotten so that’s where the 1 star was dropped!Mitch and the team out in the car delivery area were all super friendly & helpful so for customer service my visit on 11.12.23 get 10 stars!
