Jason went above and beyond and has even sent emails checking in since we bought the car. Not too many email just the perfect amount to feel looked after and also a comfort knowing he is reachable after the car was in our hands. Excellent all round.

The salesman did not get back to me with details of the free charging at Tesco as promised - a bit disappointing. Focus fully on the person you are serving and don't get distracted by doing others things e.g. moving car from parking space. If you have to do something else, explain to th ecustomer what's going on.

As a deaf customer I can’t hear what they said through video with explanation of the condition of my car. I wish there is subtitles on video for deaf and hard of hearing.
