Contact details put on my file we’re my husbands and jot mine so I wasn’t contacted during the service regarding the additional work and the interest free offer. When I mentioned this when I collected my vehicle I received no apology nor was there an option to discuss the additional work.

All very polite staff, from those on the phone, through to people in the dealership. Always helpful and organised, plus the pricing feels transparent and honest. Big improvement on the dealership I used to use a few years back and very happy that I started using Lookers instead.
