Always great customer service

Pretty good. Disappointing that the new tablets which the staff have didn't show all the work that was due, but that was easily rectified. It only emerged late in the day that water in the boot needed investigating (a seal round one of the brake lights had rotted away), so the car had to be kept in overnight, but the problem was fixed. I was originally quoted double the correct price for the replacement of a pair of brake pads, and 50 odd rather than the correct 40 for the MOT, but the staff corrected those themselves, which was reassuring.

A good job, especially the excellent clean of my car.! My only comment was lack of communication to keep me posted on when my car would be ready to pick up. When I called was put on hold with 3 calls ahead of me. This was relevant as I was getting a lift to Lookers & I had to keep them waiting.

The team at Lookers Battersea made the whole experience a seamless one. They were always professional and I liked the little video walkthrough of what happened to the car during service.

With the team using iPads not given opportunity to see information entered ( not fully entered correctly) info just flashed through. Small print on screens. Test drive and on collection explanation of all the vehicle controls excellent . Paperwork sent by email for me to sign not clear why I was signing in so many places when only some options chosen. Why couldn't I have gone through this stage in showroom.

I have very poor hearing. on the 2 ir three occasions that we came down to Lookers I found it very difficult hearing what I was being told sitting at a table close to the reception desk with music playing and other people working around me. It would have been vastly improved if there had been a quiet area or an office where I could hear better, particularly when discussing the finance arrangements. I also found it difficult hearing the telephone conversations when they were made from noisy public or working areas when the background noise was drowning the conversation.

I was extremely happy and satisfied the way your sales person, Leonardo Gomez dealt with us despite that this was a small value vehicle aqcuisition. His explanations, candid body language and dedication to the purpose for a smooth conclusion of the purchase was really a stark contrast to just, a hypocritical and polite facade until the sale is completed. As a matter of fact is because of him that I shall become his client, VW client, for my future needs.
