The salesman did not get back to me with details of the free charging at Tesco as promised - a bit disappointing.Focus fully on the person you are serving and don't get distracted by doing others things e.g. moving car from parking space. If you have to do something else, explain to th ecustomer what's going on.

Friendly and efficient staff

As a deaf customer I can’t hear what they said through video with explanation of the condition of my car. I wish there is subtitles on video for deaf and hard of hearing.

First class and fast service.

The car I got in contact about looked perfect for me in almost every respect apart from the fact it had a sunroof. I pointed this out but there was no attempt to modify my reticence ie even if you do have a leak we will look after you and fix it.It doesn't matter to you I suppose as the car was sold but it may have been lost opportunity for me.Here's a challenge for you! See if you can change my mind about sunroofs or sell me something as attractive without one?Happy Esater, Neil
