I was quite surprised that following my service visit last week I noticed that the MOT advised that there was a nail in a rear tyre, especially as I had discussed new tyres with Ben and it was decided that I only needed two new front tyres. However when I phoned on Friday evening and spoke to Peter he asked me to come in first thing this morning, Monday, which I did. A small nail was noticed in a rear type which had not punctured the tyre sufficiently to let air out. It was repaired very quickly at no charged so I was very happy.

I spoke to Leandro and was pretty tricky to deal with given lack of availability and my lack of responsiveness at work. He was super helpful and somehow managed to get a cancellation slot for me - the exact car I asked for. Unfortunately my work found me a car in the week it took for that to become available otherwise I’d have bought.

My salesperson Waqar deserves a special mention. Being from an engineering background he was able to go in depth in terms of the mechanics of the car and how it would optimise efficiency. He was extremely pleasant to deal with-he deserves a 5 also
