I’ve made my comments in a previous survey submitted a few days ago! I will repeat my main point which is that, though a satisfied customer, I was surprised at the labour charges which were costed as £135 each for the 3 minor items for which the total cost of new parts was <£100. If the car has gone in for repair on 3 separate occasions I could understand that level of charge - but all 3 items were dealt with in a single visit.

Bit of a disconnect . I wanted service plus MOT package for a fixed price shown online. Unfortunately initially at service department I was quoted higher so had to show them the ad. Makes things a bit of a pain. Otherwise FIRST CLASS SERVICE EVERYWHERE! Well done
