I had no booking, but 11 of my car lights had failed at once and the technicians were able to sort it out and replace them and a fuse on the day. They missed one, but quickly replaced it on my return visit.

Service was very good but I do query why a sunroof service which I had in April of this year does not include checking and flushing out the drain tubes. I booked the service solely to address water ingress in the near side footwells which was caused by blocked drain tubes from the sunroof.

Three star rating on the 4th question relates to the fact that I did not receive notification that my vehicle was ready for collection. I also did not get any info on the recall (check battery seals - car is a plug in hybrid)
