just all very simpleBoth gents from service desk initial discussion and then the chap that returned the cxar to me were great, I was a little impatient but they worked hard to get me in and out quickly.Richard who met me at the door early (730ish am) was equally accommodating, bringing me into the service centre early providing coffee etc ..Overall great experience from start to finish.
