I visited Lookers in Battersea and waited while my car was serviced for 2 and a half hours. Everything was fine with the experience and the staff are always helpful and friendly, but the TV was on in the waiting area and it was too loud. Also I had my laptop and I tried to make a purchase online but the screen stalled for a long time and it didn't go through. When I returned home, I made the same payment and it worked straight away, so perhaps the WiFi needs to be better there. Other than that, all good.

I want to buy an ID.7 all electric vehicle but obviously have to wait. What I would like is to discuss the financing options and discuss trading in my BMW i3. I want to be kept in touch about delivery, etc.Many thanks

Try to automate the system between paying and car be brought down - had to wait 15 mins for the car which was a bit unnecessary
