There was a mismatch between the video which seemed to suggest my car was in urgent need of repair and the sensible service team who said it was all fine for a least another year - and so saved me money! I'll listen far more to the service team in future

Was dealt with by Leandro Gomes at Battersea. Very helpful & informative. Took my details and contacted me after we left to advise of another vehicle he had managed to find. Unfortunately we had already found a VW Golf and paid a deposit but felt that Leandro had gone the extra mile, not only with his customer service on the day, but also in terms of trying to find us a car after we had left. Leandro looked after us very well, he was very polite, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and do all that he could to help us and answer our questions. Having been to a few dealerships of different car manufacturers I can say that Leandro was one of the best sales representative and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Do all you can to look after this guy.

Service department is excellent

Repairs were twice as much as local garage. I understand there is a quality reason for this, but double the cost is an extortionate mark up.
