Try to automate the system between paying and car be brought down - had to wait 15 mins for the car which was a bit unnecessary

Contact details put on my file we’re my husbands and jot mine so I wasn’t contacted during the service regarding the additional work and the interest free offer. When I mentioned this when I collected my vehicle I received no apology nor was there an option to discuss the additional work.

I wish that the booking website was integrated in the Lookers Battersea website rather than having to go off to another website covering the whole of the UK
