Jay in the service reception was very helpful and he provided us everything I need to know about the servicing my car. He accepted my car even though we came early and when we getting our car he was also there for us. We didn’t even wait a minute as soon as he saw us he approached us professionally. i have never owned a VW from new until last year . i have had my polo about 410 days and it keeps having electric / system issues . My last car a Nissan , apart from regular MOT brakes etc / 1 exhaust & starter motor went to the garage just 4 times in 20 years . i pray your chaps have done a good reset . the staff are brilliant it's the car that concerns me !

Really need to advise customers that "2.3.0" actually means that software version 2.4 was successfully installed ... viz VW ID.3 complimentary 2.4 battery and software update. 😁
