Richard was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

All very polite staff, from those on the phone, through to people in the dealership. Always helpful and organised, plus the pricing feels transparent and honest. Big improvement on the dealership I used to use a few years back and very happy that I started using Lookers instead.

Friendly and attentive service.

Charlie Cole was excellent. With him the Lookers service improved hugely and the final outcome was v satisfactory.

Always great customer service

Pretty good. Disappointing that the new tablets which the staff have didn't show all the work that was due, but that was easily rectified. It only emerged late in the day that water in the boot needed investigating (a seal round one of the brake lights had rotted away), so the car had to be kept in overnight, but the problem was fixed. I was originally quoted double the correct price for the replacement of a pair of brake pads, and 50 odd rather than the correct 40 for the MOT, but the staff corrected those themselves, which was reassuring.
