Everything was good except the team forgot to call me with an update after the first day the vehicle was in the garage. Otherwise, the team was great.

I swapped over to Lookers when I got my last vehicle and the VW dealership I used to go to up in the city closed down. Have to say, you're a vast improvement on the previous place. Staff are always really polite, everything seems to just run along smoothly and it feels like you're getting honest information and advice, rather than people trying to get you to spend as much money as possible. Always easy to get through to on the phone as well, which is a plus. Tracking of the vehicle's progress is also an added bonus.

Every single person, from the moment I pulled into the car park to the moment I drove out after the MOT/service was very helpful and attentive to a customer walking towards/near them.

Really easy service experience. Having the guy meet early customers who were dropping off early was really helpful. The notification App and having wifi in the waiting area was also really appreciated.

Excellent Service

Very good experience all round! I would rather be able to speak to someone when booking in instead of the automated service but I suppose that is called progress!

I was contacted to have the car battery replaced. I was informed it would take 2 days max, probably less. The dealership provided me with a link to follow up the status of the works and I was told I would be contacted in 24 hours to confirm when the car would be ready. The link did not show any updates and no one called me. It finally took 3 days to have the car ready. Far too long for the works required. I guess it is convenient for the dealership to have the cars there and organise works with confort, but this is far but ideal for the customers.

Despite having a booked appointment at a time chosen by you, I was kept waiting for half an hour both on my first visit and when I came to collect the car. I was told before I bought the car that I could fit roof-bars to the ID3. Your parts department say one cannot fit roof bars to an ID3. I am still waiting for sales to get back to me to say which is correct.
