i had to wait 20 mins to pick up my vehicle - the gentleman apologised and said he was on his own that day !

Excellent service very friendly team especially the meet and greeter in the customer car park. I was kept informed although completion confirmation call was late in the day. An earlier update may have been useful. Car returned cleaned - looked like new. Good service all round as usual over last 4 years. Video would have been over the top.

I didn't find booking my service easy. I had no confirmation from the online system that a booking had been made. I needed to change my booking and when I phoned up it became apparent that I had not managed to make a booking. I made another booking over the phone, but this didn't seem to register either. I called again and a very helpful man (Jason Ebberell) did make a booking on my behalf and then confirmed by email.

I was asked to collect the car at 5 pm. Unfortunately the car was not ready and was hastily finished off. I worry that the work was rushed and therefore somewhat sun standard.

Expensive but good communication and easy to deal with

Overall experience was amazing. Only really BIG letdown was the fact that the car wing mirrors are manual on an automatic car. The two previous VW vehicles were manual and had electric windows. For a larger vehicle and being so used to electric mirrors for parking etc, it is a disappointment that it doesn’t come as standard and we were not notified of this! Had we been notified, we would have looked at other options or if this feature could have been added?!
