Great experience - thanks all!

Excellent service throughout. Vehicle was returned in great condition, with a few faults I had mentioned sorted out. Only minor points where they could have done better were: -had an automated message saying progress with the service could be tracked, but when I tried it was unavailable -admittedly it partially depended on my decisions, but I would have liked a bit more guidance on whether or not I would get the car back the same day, eg. "If you have x done, it may take a day or so" -omitted to update my service book (but quickly rectified when I pointed it out)
