The first time I telephoned for an appointment the call was taken by a very brusque woman who’s English accent was almost unintelligible so I gave up. My second call was far better. I was slightly disappointed though that, although I had been assured of a collection/delivery service when I ordered the car, this was not actually available. That said the staff on the day were charming and very hospitable.

After a 14 month delay on buying my golf gti ,the staff and myself were pleased to at last sell me the car . An awful experience for buyer and seller !! I pay tribute to my sales team.

For my vechicle touran 2013 model both rear alloys Volkswagen embloms are not available at the time i received the vechicle. As per the sales executive he agreed to mail it in two day's, now its being 3 weeks still am waiting for both embloms. Hope the issue will be solve soon. thanks

Great overall service though I would have preferred the car delivered on a transporter rather by a plate driver. I was aware it would be driven however given Cinch and Cazoo complete delivery by transporter there is an opportunity to learn.

Very satisfied with service. A lovely welcome on arrival from Jay and the person I spoke to upstairs in the Service Department. The reason I didn’t give the service 5* is that I highlighted a small scuff in body paint (which I only noticed a week after picking up my brand new car from your showroom. As it was noted in paperwork, I was hoping that it would have been polished out but when the car was returned the scratch was still there and no mention of it was made.
