Great experience as prospective purchaser

All the staff I dealt with were excellent.

I took the car in for a major service and MOT. The only video I was sent concerned the suggestion that the cambelt be replaced sometime soon. It was initially unclear to me if my car had passed its MOT or not (apparently it had). I decided to collect the car and re-book for a cambelt replacement next month. When I arrived to collect there was a sign saying "take a seat, someone will be with you soon". I sat there for 10 minutes in full view of 5 people, all of whom ignored me. I suspect that 4 of them were having a meeting about something but, even so, it felt like I was being deliberately ignored and that my time was of no consequence.

There was a difference in specifications ordered than when delivered. That was down to Volkswagen and not Lookers.

I will have to bring my car back in to double check the wing cover for the wing mirror .it is not as well fitted as the original mirror .Saying that both Mitch and Mr Nurse are excellent .

Extremely pleased with my experience at the battersea branch. Leandro was very welcoming from the minute I arrived and talked me through a couple of different options that matched what I was looking for. Very helpful with going through the best finance plans and got to look around a few cars to get a better idea of the space and feel.Would definitely recommend!
