Re Q4 - the day after my vehicle had its MOT (and passed) at Lookers I received a phone call from Lookers reminding me that my MOT was due and would I like to book in! Left hand and right hand...??!

My car was supposed to have had a dashboard fitted as it was one of the call back cars but it didn’t happen. Also there are some discrepancies as to the service. In December 2921 I was told something completely different to my visit in April this year 2022 so it has concerned me somewhat.

I would have loved to transfer my music from the old car to the new but my knowledge/ technology doesn’t make this possible. Now I have to school ( A Nw dept)

I had a very good sales executive who sold me my previous car car..That was a manual which i chsnged to s sutomatic.

Just a shame the MOT machine broke down and I had the MOT done somewhere else

Max was excellent. No nonsense, straight, clear, and instilled total confidence. The first sales guy I met needs to work a bit more on listening. He kept trying to sell me cars I didn't want, was a bit evasive about stock (eg reluctant to let me look at his screen), and appeared to be focussed on shifting me a car rather than identifying what I needed. He didn't know at the time but I was there with a debit card and ready to go. It was really only his sales patter that put me off. By contrast, Maz had me sorted and driving away within 150 minutes of my enquiry.
